Privileges

In the Privileges section, users with Manager, Administrator, or Super Administrator rights can manage and customize access permissions. This allows them to enable or restrict specific features for any selected user, ensuring proper control within the GPS-server software.

Maps - enables the activation of the selected map service for user account.

Objects - allows to set object restrictions for user account.

Add objects - enables the possibility of adding new objects by user.

Object limit - enables the possibility to set number objects that can be added to user account.

Object date limit - enables the possibility to set date until objects can be active in user account.

Edit objects - enables the possibility for user to edit objects in his account.

Delete objects - enables the possibility for user to delete objects in his account.

Clear objects history - enables the possibility for user to clear objects history in his account.

Tools - set user access to specific functionalities or simplify their experience as needed.

KML - enables the possibility for user to import or delete KML files in his account.

Settings - enables the possibility for user to access Settings menu.

Dashboard - enables the possibility for user to view dashboard.

History - enables the possibility for user to access History tab.

Reports - enables the possibility for user to access Report menu.

Tasks - enables the possibility for user to access Task menu.

RFID and iButton logbook - enables the possibility for user to access logbook menu.

DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) - enables the possibility for user to access DTC menu.

Maintenance - enables the possibility for user to access Maintenance menu.

Expenses - enables the possibility for user to access Expenses menu.

Object control - enables the possibility for user to access Object control menu.

Image gallery - enables the possibility for user to access Image gallery menu.

Video gallery - enables the possibility for user to access Video gallery menu.

Chat - enables the possibility for user to access Chat feature.

Sub accounts - enables the possibility for user to create Sub-accounts.

Server SMS Gateway - enables the possibility for user to set SS Gateway to sent SMS notifications and commands.

API - enables the possibility for user to use GPS-server API functionality.

API key - that needs to be used in API commands.

Other - set usage limitations for user account.

Max. number of markers - set the limit of markers that can be created by user (by default user can add 100 markers).

Max. number of routes - set the limit of routes that can be created by user (by default user can add 100 routes).

Max. number of zones - set the limit of zones that can be created by user (by default user can add 100 zones).

Max. number of e-mails (daily) - set the limit of daily e-mails that can be sent from user account (by default 100 emails can be sent).

Max. number of SMS (daily) - set the limit of daily SMS messages that can be sent from user account (by default 100 SMS messages can be sent).

Max. number of Webhook (daily) - set the limit of daily Webhook requests that can be sent from user account (by default 100 Webhook requests can be sent).

Max. number of API calls (daily) - set the limit of daily API calls that can be made from user account (by default 100 API calls can be made).
